WHAT IS THE INTEGRATED MONOPILE INSTALLER

The Integrated Monopile Installer is an integrated solution for noise mitigation that includes installation features to reduce operational time during the installation of the biggest monopiles. The system mitigates noise below 160dB by using proven technology for noise mitigation during pile driving operations. Our Integrated Monopile Installer complies with current international noise mitigation legislation, including the strictest German regulations in place for all German offshore wind projects.

The system is designed for Offshore projects and has a great track record in the Offshore Wind and Renewables market, but can also be used in other markets.

EFFICIENT MONOPILE INSTALATION WITH THE INTEGRATED MONOPILE INSTALLER

The Integrated Monopile Installer reduces the installation time per pile by centering the pile by means of an adjustable upper guiding system and helps to get the piles through the splash zone by reducing the wave movements. The tool can be used with sea states up to two meters. It is equipped with GPS and an inclination tool to assure that your piles are installed in the right location and verticality. Besides that, the Integrated Monopile Installer include a rotation tool that ensures correct monopile heading in less than one minute.
